Introduction: Venous insufficiency (IV) is a condition in which the venous return presents itself as result of inadequate valves generating stasis. Objective: report on healing process ulcers using an inelastic compressive therapy Bota de Unna associated with sclerotherapy. Materials and methods: It case report, applied nature, explanatory descriptive objectives qualitative approach. Held non-profit program agreste alagoas from October 2019 to February 2020. Results Discussion: User was included ulcer inflammatory phase irregular, superficial edges, imbricated granulation tissue necrotic tissue, location close malleolus or distal portion left lower limb, presence ocher dermatitis, hyperemia, pain, edema loss function, after treatment unna boot sclerotherapy there complete lesion five months. The shows positive results regard rates, functional capacity, improved self-esteem quality life, whereas foam less expensive has better benefits for patients because it minimally invasive, when compared surgical procedures. Conclusion: used revealed satisfactory shorter period single other knowledge. KEYWORDS: Varicose Ulcer, Compressive bandages, Sclerosing solutions.
